X-rays represent an important aid for the dentist. A correct and complete diagnosis requires the consultation of X-rays.
X-rays indicate the presence of cavities, their seriousness and age, as well as the correctness of other treatments. Depending on the information obtained during the clinical examination and from X-rays, a diagnosis is set and the adequate treatment is chosen.
The DentalMed clinic is fitted with one of the latest models of x-ray devices (model PORT-X II manufactured by Genoray ), which gives off a very small dose of radiations. In our clinic, we pay special attention to patients' protection and that's why we use the lead apron to keep irradiation to a minimum.
